Heather is by far the best, she helped me as a new patient with an emergency. Dr. Toni checked everything out as well and made sure I did not need a new retainer. Very appreciative to the Simpsonville River Falls Ortho.
I am very strict choosing any medicine. I made huge search of a good doctor and Dr. Toni Norman and her staff appeared to be the best at East Coast. So professional and caring, doing best for my smile. Also it is amazing inside of the clinic, cozy and nice. Thank you so much for your brilliant job.
Darby was awesome and so patient and comforting for a child with high dental anxiety. Dr. Toni was very thorough and exceptional but direct enough to help get the understanding and importance across for our child. I would give more stars if possible for these two providers especially.
I go to River Falls Orthodontics for the Invisalign braces. They have been great. The office is friendly and everything runs smoothly, and the Invisalign works great. I'm thrilled.
My assistant Heather was amazing she redid the bumps on my invisalign in the most comfortable way ever!!

Wonderful people! They answered all the questions I've had and they've taken care of my child, who breaks a wire or something once a month, with no issue!
Teeth were corrected much quicker than any of us thought possible . Later that same evening I received a call from the office that my payment was reduced by over 1/3 because of the reduced work they had to do on my teeth . Thank you Jesus !

I was in and out and they provided me with excellent customer service. Dr. Toni is great and make sure everything is done correctly. A team of good people. Also the lady that does my treatment is great at what she does. She makes sure my teeth feel great when I’m done and she is so sweet. I’m glad they gave her to me to do my treatments.Thanks

Went back for my daughter today, another awesome visit with Dr. Toni and Samantha!:) My son was being worked on with another woman for his wires and braces (she was great with him also). Front desk employees were so sweet and so helpful as well! I honestly am so grateful for this office! Thank you for today!

Such a beautiful office! The customer service was superb they made my daughter and my self feel very welcomed. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we entered to the moment we exited. Also the doctor was very thorough, she also explained the process in a way that both myself and my daughter were able to understand.

Dr.Toni and her staff are amazing. We have been going for a year and are about to get the braces off and my daughter is sad that she won’t get to see them that often. They are always welcoming and friendly. They take care if your child is nervous to explain what is happening. The cookies and video games are a big plus also! Keep up the good work!
